General Rules for horse pulling:
Eastern Draft Horse Association Rules apply and are used as guidelines.
Chairman reserves the right to disqualify animals or personnel for violations of the rules of this draw, or if the condition of an animal warrants it.
Owner-driver and two helpers are the only persons allowed in the ring.
Use of reins will be allowed lightly on the hindquarters only. This rule will be strictly enforced.
