- Entries must be delivered between 3:00 and 8:00 PM Friday and picked up between 5:00 and 6:30 p.m. Monday. Vehicles will not be allowed on the grounds until 6 PM Monday.
- An article that wins first prize may not be exhibited again.
- No exhibitor shall compete against her/himself, either directly or indirectly.
- Judge will take into account whether machine quilted by entrant or professionally machine quilted .
- Ribbons may be duplicated at the discretion of the Judge.
- Categories not listed below will be awarded premiums according to merit.
- All items must be clean to be eligible for prizes.
