Please use this form to enter all Exhibit Hall Entries and PLEASE use a separate form for each department. Fill in only those columns that apply to your exhibit and mail completed form to: The Sandwich Fair, PO Box 161, Sandwich, NH 03227, the chairperson for the department, fax to: 603-284-7216, or e-mail it to sfa@ttlc.net. You may also bring the form Friday evening when delivering your exhibit. Exhibitor number is given when the entry form is received. Only one number per person is needed. Vehicles are not allowed on the grounds after 8am or before 6pm.
