Hodge Exhibit Building
- Exhibitors must have an “exhibitor number” which can be obtained by e-mail, at the Fair Office or when you drop off your art Friday night.
- Each exhibitor must fill out an Exhibit Hall Entry Form which is on this website under “Entry Forms” or in the back of the “Exhibitors Handbook” Each piece of artwork needs an “exhibitors card” secured to it, this includes individuals entering through schools.
- Entries must be brought to the Hodge Building on Friday from 3pm - 8pm. Entries must be picked up and checked out by a committee member after 5 pm and before 6:30 pm on Monday, no exceptions will be made. Vehicles will not be allowed on the grounds before 6:00 pm on Monday for pick up.
- All art must be mounted for strength on cardboard or foam core, framed or unframed. Entries mounted with glass of any kind will not be accepted. No entries larger than 18”X24” PLEASE!
- All art must have an appropriate hanger, cord or wire is fine, but it must be strong enough to endure the entire weekend under varying conditions.
- Only one entry per class. Due to space limitations the chairperson reserves the right to limit an exhibitors total number to entries to 5. Previously entered art is subject to disqualification.
- Art will be judged on composition, balance, presentation, expression and of individually.
- Categories may be added as warranted if a medium is not addressed.
- All prizes are awarded at the discretion of the judge(s) and are final.
- There is only one Eric & Helen Ingles Memorial award, but Best in show may be given for each Division
