4-H Livestock Exhibitor Entry Statement
I have read and understand, consent to, and agree to abide by the Guidelines for 4-H Shows as stated in the 4-H Livestock Department guidelines. A separate copy may be obtained on request from the Carroll County Extension Office.
I have read and understand, consent to and agree that all 4-H animals are shown at the risk of the 4-H owner or 4-H lessee. Any damage to persons or property are the legal and financial responsibility of the 4-H member who owns or leases the animal and their family.
